Facilities

The packhouse is located in a farming area in Hyderabad, Telangana, and features state-of-the-art technology. It uses high-tech 100/80mm panels, including those on the ground, to minimize temperature loss from the soil’s latent heat. These panels are surrounded by brick walls to avoid direct sunlight.

The facility includes four cold rooms: one 10×10 meters, which can store 100 metric tons (MT), and three 10×6 meters, each capable of storing 60 MT per day. There is also a 22×15 meter processing hall that can handle 100 MT per day.

For herbs, the processing capacity is 20-30 tons of vegetables per day. For baby corn, it can handle 30-40 tons per day. Ansh Agronomy’s products have cold storage facilities at the airport to maintain temperature. Cool dollies are used to transport products from the cold room to the flight.

Logistics

Hyderabad International Airport is 45 km from the packhouse, providing direct global access. British Airways offers 5 direct flights per week. Airlines like Emirates, Turkish, Qatar, Etihad, and Thai also operate from here.

There are daily direct flights to London between 1-4 am, arriving at Heathrow by 11:30 am the same day, with a total journey time of 10 hours. The airport has cold storage facilities, and we use cool dollies to maintain product temperature before loading onto flights.

Delivery from harvest to your doorstep will take 36 to 48 hours.
